These products are sold as is. If for any reason your product arrived damaged, incomplete, wrong, or lost, use the CONTACT US / SUBMIT A TICKET button and include your:

- Order Number
- Any relevant pictures of the damaged product
For verified lost, damaged, wrong, incomplete orders we can either send a comparable replacement at no additional charge or issue a refund for the cost of the item.
Unless your item was damaged, incomplete, wrong, or lost during the shipping process, it is considered non-cancellable / non-refundable / non-swappable.
Due to the weight and costs associated with shipping these items we cannot do order modifications, returns or exchanges on them once they've shipped.
