These products are sold as is.
If for any reason your product arrived damaged, incomplete, wrong, or missing, use the CONTACT US / SUBMIT A TICKET button and include your:
- Email Address
- Order Number
- Any relevant pictures of the damaged product
If you do not report the damage to us within this 48 hour period, we may not be able to honor your claim.
Please note: that there may be additional circumstances under which we will not be able to honor your return.
Acceptance of a return is within our sole discretion.
For verified lost, damaged, wrong, incomplete orders we can either send a comparable replacement at no additional charge or issue a refund for the cost of the item.
