Once a package receives a label with a tracking number, its journey to your doorstep has begun. Our warehouse team strives to get packages out as quickly as possible as they know that you are anxiously awaiting the arrival of your purchase.
When a tracking status states "Shipping Label Created, USPS/FedEx Awaiting Item", your order has been packaged and could be in one of the following places:
- Loaded on a pallet with hundreds of other packages awaiting a pick-up, such as shown here:
- Already picked up by the shipping company and awaiting an update when they scan it at the first facility on its journey.
Here is an example of what this tracking status would look like:
Our warehouse team processes literally hundreds of orders per day. When a request to modify an order comes in after the label has been printed and the package has its tracking information, locating your package amongst the hundreds of others on a pallet is just not feasible.
In the event that you should need to update an order in the future, here are some details about our processes:
For each order you place, you will receive a series of automated emails:
- Order confirmation
- Shipping confirmation
- Delivery confirmation
If you find that you need to make any changes to your order, the window of time to reach out to us is between the Order Confirmation and the Shipping Confirmation steps.
For your convenience, here is our Return/Exchange/Cancellation policy:
If you have received a shipping notification email, your order is considered shipped.
At that point your order is non-cancellable / non-refundable / non-swappable.
Please understand that our shipping team is working to get packages out as quickly as possible. Due to the shipping costs associated with these items we cannot process modifications, returns, or exchanges once an item has shipped.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
It is your responsibility to ensure that all billing and shipping address information is accurate at the time of placing your order.
