What happened to my post in the FaceBook group?

In regards to your post in the Facebook group, all posts have to be approved by our moderators.   

This is the best way to keep the flow of the group consistent and friendly. We are sorry your post was not approved and we understand how this can be confusing and/or frustrating.

There are 5 moderators and they all work hard to keep the conversations going in the group, but they are not perfect. Sometimes posts are not approved just because we have too many. Sometimes we have 15 or more per hour coming in which is just too many, so some are unapproved simply because of that. Other than that we don't know in your specific case why this was disapproved, but please don't take it personally. This is just one of the challenges we have with large groups and we do the best we can.

To find more information on a topic, we suggest people in the group use the search option. This will allow you to search keywords or questions throughout the entire group  This will help you determine if your particular situation or question has been addressed in the past. Oftentimes, this feature helps people find answers to most of their questions in the group, without posting another thread on that same topic.
