The app is recommending multiple products on the same day, can I apply them all on the same day?

Depending on when you start your lawn program, what your soil temperatures are, and what you last applied, you may have multiple products recommended to be applied on the same day. This can be worrisome because we know you don't want to overdo it, and people "fear the burn." 

Here are some examples of what you may see on your calendar:

Those are just example dates and example products, but it could look very similar to what you see, and it is a natural reaction to hesitate when you see multiple products on the same day. 

It is important to note the type of products that are being recommended. The app will spread out its recommended fertilizer applications by a minimum of 30 days. Fertilizers you will see recommended depending on your program (Legacy, DLUX, or STILP) may include Flagship, Stress Blend, Freedom, Double Dark, or Starter. You will also see recommendations for Prodiamine, bio-stimulants, and Hydretain. Prodiamine is a pre-emergent that blocks weed seeds from germinating. Compaction Cure, Spoon Juice and Soil Fit are bio-stimulants that create a healthier soil environment and a stronger root system. Lastly, Hydretain is a moisture management product that helps make water vapor in the soil more available to your grass. 

You can apply all the products you see recommended on the same day in the app at the same time. You won't harm the lawn, and you won't burn it. Don't fear the burn! Apply any granular first (don't mix granular products, apply them separately), then apply any liquids and water them all in together. 

If that is too much for you to do in one day, you are still uncomfortable applying all of that in one day, or you enjoy being in the lawn more often, you can spread out all of those applications. Apply one or two one weekend, and the next weekend, apply the rest. Or separate them by a couple of days or a couple of weeks. Remember, these recommendations are just that, recommendations. They are not set in stone and are flexible to your schedules and preferences.
