4. Under "Recommendations," you want to slide the white toggle button to enable your Custom Program:
5. A pop-up will appear asking you if you want the test to inform your program and letting you know that you will be redirected to the "Lawn Settings" page, like this:
6. The app will redirect you to the "Lawn Settings" page, where you will see your "Lawn Program" is set to STILP (Soil Test Informed Lawn Program) and "Product Type" set to Liquid Granular Mix (this is the only product type available at this time). You will want to tap "Save" at the bottom to save this information so it will inform your calendar recommendations like this:
7. Now, you can tap on the calendar at the bottom of the app to hop over and see your recommended fertilizers throughout the season. You can click on each recommendation (step) in the calendar and see the custom fertilizer recommendation that is based on your soil test results, along with general recommendations for other products such as pre-emergent (Prodiamine), bio-stimulants (Compaction Cure and Spoon Juice), and moisture management (Hydretain).
A few things to note:
- Yard Mastery's Custom Lawn Program recommendations are based on soil samples tested using the Yard Mastery Soil Testing Kit.
- Pre-emergents, bio-stimulants, and moisture management are scheduled based on the general lawn program that uses your lawn type and soil temperatures. Your "Custom Program" is the granular fertilizers recommended throughout the growing season that are based on your soil test results and that, together over time, work to bring your lawn to its optimal health.
