If you do not receive the reset code email or cannot change your password, please provide the email you used to log into the app and the following information by opening a ticket.
If you have forgotten your Yard Mastery app password, simply click on the "Forgot Password" button on the login page:
This will direct you to the screen where you can request a reset code:
A password reset code will be sent to your registered email address. It looks like this:
IMPORTANT: You may need to wait up to 10 minutes to get the email with your reset code. Please be patient.
The reset email will come from noreply@yardmastery.com. Please be sure to check spam, promotional or other filtered email folders that might have caught the email by mistake.
Once you have gotten that email, follow these steps to reset your password:
- Open your app
- Tap Sign In
- Tap FORGOT PASSWORD
- Tap ALREADY HAVE CODE
- Type in your code
- Type in your new desired password
- Tap RESET PASSWORD
See the instructions below:
- Click on the HELP > SUBMIT A TICKET button
- Fill in the required fields (Your Email Address, Related Issue, and Subject)
- Include the following information in the description:
- Name
- Order Number (if applicable)
- Additional details to help us address your concerns
