How do I change my email address for the Yard Mastery App?

You can change your email address at any time inside the Yard Mastery app by following the instructions below: 

1. Open the YM app
2. Click on the Menu button in the bottom right corner
3. Click on Account 
4. Now you can change and save the email address
5. To complete the process, please completely log out of the app, (save your user information first), and log back in. 

If this process does not work to change your email address, please send us the ALL of the following information by opening a ticket.

1. Click on the HELP > SUBMIT A TICKET button
2. Fill in the required fields (Your Email Address, Related Issue, and Subject)
3. Include the following information in the description:

• Name
• Phone type (Android/iPhone)
• OS version
• The version of the app you are on
• Screenshot of issue you are experiencing
• What are the steps you took before this problem occurred
• The email address you use to access the app
• Additional details to help us address your concerns
